My philosophy

After graduating in mathematics, I did my research in several fields of physical sciences applied to biology (bioinformatic, plant development, rheology, elasticity ...). I realised that progresses in quantitative biology through models were often due to the introduction of a new experimental model: my interests lay either in developing simple experimental models which can be compared to numerical models or in biological questions which are mathematically tractable.
